I have over a decade of clinical experience in the mental health profession helping clients find more joy, confidence, and fulfillment in their lives. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in developmental, humanistic, experiential, and relational principles and practices.
I have a deep appreciation for one's own rhythm and timing when taking steps toward change. I value the importance of attunement, play, creativity, fostering curiosity, increasing compassion/self-love, ownership, and structure, so one can move towards reclaiming wholeness and unlocking a more confident, empowered existence.
As a supervisor/consultant, I use a holistic and collaborative approach that supports supervisees and consultees in strengthening the skills and talents they already have, while supporting them to deepen their clinical/leadership skills and theoretical/business rationale, providing support to become more administratively effective, and encouraging ways to explore their professional identity in new ways. In addition, I use developmental, attachment oriented, experiential, and trauma informed principles and practices while exploring themes of Self as Therapist/Leader and also hold ethical principles to support decision making so one can have a thriving practice and livelihood.
